How to Create an Inflation-free and Debt-free Economy.

Are you wondering about what is going on in the economy? The short answer is that a state-regulated ponzi scheme is still a ponzi scheme. It must collapse eventually. This is a mathematical phenomenon, and has nothing to do with fraud or greed or political party. The numbers get too big to sustain themselves, and there are not enough new pigeons to keep the game going.

A ponzi scheme is widespread intellectual fraud, but we were all indoctrinated to believe this system works, when it can't mathematically. There are always individuals who will testify that the ponzi-system works, since they were in the early group that got returns from it. They only know half the story. The braggards today will be beggars tomorrow. I wish to explore the cycles of boom and bust and inflation. They are symptoms of the cumulation of simple mathematical events.

Liberty does not come from the law, but from the epiphany that what one once believed is not true. Liberty is the freedom from false beliefs, and the courage to speak and act. Slavery is an allegience to false beliefs, and the fear of speaking and acting. Democracy has given everyone the political freedom to speak without fear of government reprisal (in theory, at least) but individuals still control what they do with their mind, (as always.) The hand does not always reveal what is in the heart, yet we teach our children by our behavior. How then can we give them the best of ourselves without acting on our beliefs?

What we teach most is our belief in economics. Every generation teaches the next "how to make a living." This belief then gets tempered with ideas of charity and philanthropy. Make lots of money, and then "give back." Of course, it is easy to give back after taking too much. That really isn't a system, it is more of a delusion that the rich tell themselves. Everybody wishes they could be Santa Claus.

Why then would Jesus (the real Santa Claus) tell everyone to give away their wealth and follow Him? His 'gift-giving' is pretty extreme, isn't it? Does God want everybody to be poor? Hardly, He wants everyone to be rich and comfortable and living in peace and plenty! So why did Jesus (and other prophets) say to give away your idle wealth? I suspect that it was because God knew all along that a state regulated ponzi scheme is still a ponzi scheme. Every ponzi scheme is energized with idle wealth, since people can only invest with a surplus beyond their immediate needs. Once we embrace the ponzi-math that cannot possibly work, we will inevitably reap what we sow.

The government was first concerned with trying to protect the 'investors.' That strategy quickly failed. Now they fear the financial markets will trigger a great depression. This is a reasonable expectation, but their solution of printing $700 Billion is ill-advised. They are treating symptoms and not the problem. The new pigeon will be the Federal Treasury, again. This is not a new solution to a new problem, it is a rehash of old problems with the old solutions. What makes the bailout bill unique is that they are raising thedebt limit and spending the money immediately. Usually it is done as two separate steps.

What is the condition of the debtors? That is where the issue gets interesting. We are all debtors automatically, because we are all born into a world where everything is owned by the previous generations, and the previous generations have already willed us a huge pile of debt! Investors believe they can profit from the debtors, as if what happens to one is unrelated to what happens to the other. In fact, our fortunes and misfortunes have always been intimately related.

But fear not Dear Reader. It is possible to create a world free of inflation and debt. If you will take the time to understand what is wrong, (which includes your role in it) then you will learn how to make it right, too. It is a mathematical problem.
